* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Some areas in southern middle Tennessee may
briefly reach freezing temperatures, creating patchy freezing
fog conditions. Please exercise caution if travel is necessary.
